Before any actions can be taken, a planning stage is mandatory. Backups must be determined in various bases specified to each data backup, as the size of the backup which will determine the scheduled timing of each backup. If any data that is large in size, the schedule for backup will be at an earlier time. This is due to the data needing to be transferred onto servers after the being backed up and making sure it does not conflict with the other scheduled backups onto the tapes.
